Recently I purchased an m140i from NEO Car Sales and josh sold me the car. I really couldn't be happier with the service he provided, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. He was a pleasure to deal with and when not in to hand the keys over for collection, his fellow colleagues provided me with the same service he had. Customer service was 10/10. I had travelled some distance and Neo Car Sales provided a pick up from the train station to the garage. All steps of the sale were carried out in detail. Helped me sort out road tax while I was there and kindly topped the car with fuel for the journey home. Whole process from start to finish was excellent.

Neo car sales was great from the start, everything was sorted instantly and went to plan from start to finish. We went to view the car, put the deposit down and josh even sorted out the extra bits I wanted doing to the car. He responded instantly to emails and calls and made the whole experience so convenient and easy. Would really recommend!!

I bought my vehicle during the second lock down. I needed a reliable car ASAP and wanted to view the car I bought. NEO followed all lock down rules, which meant I couldn't view or test drive the vehicle. Normally I'd have walked away but I was advised to watch the video presentation of the vehicle. I was told I could return the car within 14 days, no questions asked, if I wasn't happy with the description or the car. I felt this was a game changer and figured I'd give it a go.The transaction and pick up went smoothly. Nearly 2 months on, I'm very impressed with the car and the service. I can't recomend NEO enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish, being a older gentleman if someone had said i would be buying a car on a click and collect service i would of said someone was having a laugh. ( due to covid this was the only way forward.) But in all honesty it was the best thing I've ever done,i knew what kind of car i wanted so that made it a bit smoother took me a day online to fine my beautiful Nissan Qashqai from NEO cars . I have to say the salesman from NEO cars was so helpful he went out of his way to help me nothing was to much trouble at all even when i said i was hoping for more money for my car he came back with a better offer. When picking up the vehicle i noticed the current MOT was not in the paperwork i pointed this out and i was told everything is online now, but i am old school and asked if i could have a copy which i got straight away . All in i have found NEO cars to be a Honest genuine car dealer who made my whole experience hassle free what more could i ask.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Can't fault the company/staff in the slightest. I had a very small issue with the car, he's been on hand with communication perfectly. Car is in the exact condition I was told it would be and I felt no pressure or rush to accept the sale. I also felt I could trust this company in the purchase of the car purely based on the customer service I received which I haven't found before in purchasing a car.
